With Saints Aid 8 just around the corner this Sunday, SMiSA is able to update all players and interested spectators on the day's events.
Firstly, we have some sad news that due to injury, one of our players, Kenny Morrison, has had to pull out of the event. His place has been taken up by Stephen Bryceland who has generously matched Kenny's bid for the Home 10 shirt. Everyone at SMiSA would like to wish Kenny all the best with his recovery, and thank Stephen on taking up the place.
On a happier note however, we can confirm that the Paisley Daily Express competition for the final place in the event was won by Graham Miller. We would like to congratulate Graham on winning the place and wish him all the best for the day.
We do have a full itinerary for the event though. Please click the 'Read More' button for more information.

SMiSA have been in discussions with Richard Atkinson's group since last August regarding the proposed Community Interest Company purchase of the Consortiums shareholding. Following our members meeting earlier this month we are pleased to report that the Association backs the initiative in principal and are currently seeking clarification on the finer detail relating to the proposed funding of the purchase. SMiSA are currently considering options for investing funding and once this exercise is concluded we will consult with the membership and seek further instruction.
